- Consolidate data from multiple support channels to create a unified view.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work with engineering teams to build data pipelines for product journeys.
- Handle data from tools like Salesforce, Ozonetel, and in-house platforms.
- Create dashboards and highlight actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Preference for candidates based in Bangalore, with a minimum of 2 days/week in the office.
- Strong in SQL; experience working with tools such as AWS Redshift, Databricks, and Python.
- Comfortable using data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Ability to interpret data in the context of user behavior and identify trends or anomalies.
Overview:
The AI/ML intern will help enhance automation in the customer support space, particularly around chatbot and voicebot technology, using LLMs and machine learning techniques.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain datasets with user questions and expected chatbot responses.
- Develop automated UI testing scripts to simulate real-life conversations.
- Assist in integrating datasets into LLM-based evaluation systems.
- Monitor bot test results and ensure performance consistency.
- Extend testing to edge cases and outliers to ensure chatbot reliability.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering and data analysis.
