As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the software development lifecycle, including programming, testing, and documentation. You will ensure high-quality software delivery to end-users, improve process documentation, and actively participate in agile methodologies and scrum ceremonies.

  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Programming, testing, and documenting applications.
  • Executing and troubleshooting existing code to identify and fix errors.
  • Delivering high-quality software products to end-users, ensuring they meet required standards.
  • Writing test cases that address various aspects of the software, including functional, integration, performance, and usability testing.
  • Improving documentation of processes and systems.
  • Becoming familiar with agile methodologies and actively participating in all scrum ceremonies.
  • Hybrid work schedule: 3 days remote, 2 days in the office.
  • A 30-day notice period is preferred.
  • BS/MS in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering).
  • Proficient in core software development concepts such as data structures, object-oriented programming, n-tier architectures, and unit testing.
  • Able to write unit tests and debug code effectively.
  • Follows Agile workflows and utilizes team development tools (e.g., issue tracking, source control) efficiently.
  • Understands Atom architecture principles, focusing on scalability, flexibility, stability, and simplicity.
  • Knowledge of Front-End and/or Back-End technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, React, NodeJS, .NET, Java, Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript, Shell, and Python.
  • Basic understanding of software development fundamentals, including modularization and object-oriented design.
