  • Participate in a custom new hire bootcamp to build software development skills within the first 90 days
  • Translate business requirements into technical deliverables
  • Design, implement, and test software applications and systems
  • Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams on TDD/CI/CD environments
  • Provide constructive feedback during design to support platform quality and testability
  • Build performance, reliability, and quality from the outset
  • Take complete ownership of deliverables through the software development life cycle
  • Investigate and resolve system defects
  • Define non-functional requirements and validate system capabilities
  • Write clean, efficient, well-documented code
