Essential Functions
- As a Software Developer at IQVIA, you will work on managed services project activities. Specifically, your responsibilities will require a general understanding of IQVIA’s products and core technical skills.
- Finally, your project management duties will involve collaborating with both internal and client-side managers and supporting cost and schedule monitoring.
- To begin with, you will develop and deliver technology services through various project tasks.
- Additionally, you will identify opportunities to offer additional IQVIA products or services to clients, while making decisions within defined parameters under regular supervision.
- Moreover, you should have a broad understanding of quality standards, ensuring your work requires minimal revision.
- Your role also includes assisting in areas such as problem identification, defining system architecture, specifying hardware/software, design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment.
- You will also provide support via Service Requests using the incident management tool, CSM.
- Furthermore, you’ll coordinate the routing and handling of Requests For Change and escalate product-related issues to the appropriate level of support as needed.
