As a Technical Support Apprentice, you will provide end-to-end technical assistance for Trellix customers. This includes fault recording, diagnosis, problem-solving, and resolution delivery. By leveraging your technical knowledge and maintaining a customer-first mindset, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer success.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for corporate and enterprise customers.
